Refund & Return Policy — Tekshake Pakistan

At Tekshake Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a fair and transparent return policy for COD and prepaid orders.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • Product is damaged upon delivery
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

2. Return Time Frame

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

After 48 hours, returns will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • Product has been used
  • Product is damaged by customer
  • Packaging is missing or destroyed
  • Customer changes mind after delivery (COD refusal is not allowed repeatedly)

4. Refund Method

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Wallet/store credit

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.

5. Exchange Option

We prefer offering replacement/exchange instead of refunds where possible.

6. COD Orders Policy

Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed via:

  • Phone call or WhatsApp confirmation

Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled to avoid fake orders.
