1. Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities & rural areas: 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or holidays.
2. Shipping Method
We use trusted courier services in Pakistan such as:
- Leopards Courier
- Trax
- TCS (in some cases)
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery charges: Rs. 150 – 250
- Free delivery may be offered on promotional campaigns
Shipping charges are either:
- Added at checkout OR
- Included in product price (depending on campaign)
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD all over Pakistan for customer convenience.
COD confirmation may be required via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
6. Delays & Responsibility
While we aim for fast delivery, delays caused by courier services are beyond our control. However, we will fully support you in tracking your order.
